After staying like this for two seconds, it will be good to repeat everything from the beginning. Twenty such repetitions of the cycle can be done but remember to breath in and out every two seconds while doing these exercises.
There are some oils also which suit the skin very much. Using them on a daily basis is good. Face wrinkles can be prevented using Geranium, Lavender, and Helichysum. Keeping your face well moisturized is the key to avoid face wrinkles.
